The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — refers to ma99's website, services, and all associated digital channels.
• "User" or "you" — any person who opens an account on the platform or uses any of its services.
• "Account" — a personal user account registered on ma99.
• "Bonus" — a welcome bonus or other promotional offer provided by ma99.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total bet amount required before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.

Only the designated payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals on ma99:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

ma99 reserves the right to decline or delay any deposit or withdrawal request without providing a reason, particularly where fraudulent activity is suspected or account verification has not been completed.

Wagering Requirement: You must wager the bonus amount 25 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings earned from the bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of your deposit and bonus.

Additional rules:

• The bonus can only be claimed once.
• The bonus has an expiry date — if wagering is not completed in time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• In cases of bonus abuse, ma99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• ma99 reserves the right to change the terms of promotional offers.

Active players on ma99 can advance to VIP tiers. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Users can advance to higher tiers through sustained activity and regular gaming. ma99 reserves the right to change the VIP tier criteria or discontinue the program.

Cashback amounts are credited directly to the user's account and specific conditions may apply for withdrawal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the ma99 platform:

• Conducting fraud, deception, or any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software or any other technical means.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Opening multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using ma99's intellectual property without permission.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
